All the new concrete utilized Penetron Admix to provide an integral waterproof and durable concrete. Penetron Admix was chosen as it increases the durability and life span of the concrete by 60 years or more. Easy to mix into the concrete during batching at the Boral plant, it eliminated the need for any surface-applied protection systems. Therefore, maximizing time on the construction site and saving money.  Further more, good concrete practice was observed in curing all the slabs using a hydro-carbon resin based curing compound, Supercure HR.
