West End

The West End project comprising 496 Residential and Serviced Apartments across 5 separate buildings, 584 car spaces (2 level basement, 2 levels above ground and mezzanine), Public Park and Laneway to City of Melbourne’s requirements. The development also includes Level 3 podium with Pool spa and Gardens, 6 restaurants and bars, a supermarket, Medical Centre, Day Spa and Gym.

​The Penetron system was used solely as the complete waterproofing system to protect the basement and keep completely dry in the water-table.
