Description
Conceived by Per Se Developments and Redgen Mathieson architects, the two waterfront towers embody a shared philosophy and commitment to honest, purposeful and timeless design. Cirrus marks a new chapter for elevated design in Belconnen and is an architectural translation of modernist principles in their most pure form.
Cirrus will house a total of 226 residences—including 1,2- and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses across two towers.
PER-SE developed this project with Mathieson Architects designed this major construction in the Belconnen Town Centre, Indesco Engineers specified Penetron Admix SB for lift pits as well as protection for the concrete roof slabs, concrete was supplied by Monaro Mix out of their Mitchell Concrete plant, Gungahlin Concrete Services pumped & placed concrete for the entire project.
