Construction of 22 Residential Apartments with luxurious garden spaces in the heart of the North Shore. The Penetron system was used to provide protection and durability to the rooftop garden concrete structures. With views spanning out to North Sydney, the CBD and iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, residents will utilise the outdoor space to its maximum.
The builder, Dynamic Projects Buildings wanted to ensure that the residents will enjoy their investment without waterproofing issues in the future. Penetron Admix was added to the concrete, all penetrations treated with Penebar SW55 Type B, moisture evaporation was controlled by Superfilm AA, concrete cured with Supercure HR. Remediation to shotcrete walls with Penetron, Peneplug and Penecrete Mortar.
