Built contacted Penetron to provide a solution to waterproof the critical area of the underground sub-station. Conventional methods were not feasible as the area could not be over excavated, and the design was quite tricky. Penetron Admix was used to treat all concrete elements in the entire area of the sub-station plus 2 major lift pits, Penebar SW was used to seal all construction joints. Penecrete Mortar & Penetron was used to fill coil tie holes & to remediate minor moisture ingress.
