Wellington St, Bondi, NSW
Synagogue, Residential Apartments
Description
Stylish coastal apartments in a beautiful complex. Tucked in behind a modern state of the art synagogue. PBS Building undertook this conversion of the former tennis centre to this current space, located a stroll to village shops and popular eateries, buses and the iconic Bondi Beach.
Penetron Australia was engaged to provide Penetron Admix SB, crystalline waterproofing admixture to the concrete for the below ground water table lift pits. Used in conjunction with Penebar SW55 to keep all construction joints watertight. The builder, impressed with the performance of Penebar SW55, then increased their order to treat all construction joints in the perimeter basement walls, plus other critical construction joints around the site. By projects end, some 1500 l/m of Penebar was installed.
Request the Master Penetron Specifications for examples of how to waterproof different areas of your building.
